Although the pads of the glasses that push on the nose may make small skin indentations throughout the day, the weight of most glasses isn't enough to change the shape of the bone underneath, even if worn constantly. If you need glasses, wear them. Don't skip wearing sunglasses for sure! good UV sunglasses can help prevent development of cataracts later in life. ...Read more
