Soap and water: Petroleum jelly is an oil, and oils are soluble with soap. Soap up her hair well, then rinse. If there's a lot of vaseline you may need to do it several times. Would it be harmful/bad to place Vaseline on my hair and/or my scalp? Is it ok to put it on your face?
Vaseline not harmful:
Vaseline is petrolium jelly and is not harmful for the hair or face. Most consider it a moisturizer, because it traps moisture from escaping from the skin and hair follicle. However- Petroleum Jelly has some dehydrating qualities. So if you are looking for moisturizing, jojoba oil is most similar to natural hair oil (sebum). For the face, oils can clog pores and create breakouts.

I burned myself while I was curling my hair (clumsy mistake), the burn blistered over then I accidently bumped into someone & it popped partially. I was wondering how I should treat it. I don't know if I should use vaseline or neosporin, or both. It stings
Cover and wait: Keep it clean and as dry as possible. Covering with gauze bandages can help keep from bumping into it. Don't use neosporin or vaseline neither of which will help. Next, immediately grab and ice pack or a bag of frozen peas and hold it over the burned area for 10-15 minutes. You will be amazed at how that cuts down the short and long term effects including the pain. ...Read more

I: I would recommend taking advil (ibuprofen) if you can tolerate advil with no problems, and taking Benadryl (diphenhydramine) by mouth may help. Be sure all of the cream has been washed off completely. You could try a soothing cream such as vagisil also. If this doesn't help then you may need to be seen. ...Read more

Used retin A (tretinoin) twice on penis head...skin burned, reddish and sore patches. Applying Vaseline, moisturizer for 3 days. Can I apply Betnovate ointment?
Stop: I have no idea why you want to put Retin A (tretinoin) on your penis head since there is no wrinkle there. If anything, try topical hydrocortisone for a few days to calm the inflammation down (I presume however that Betnovate is a brand of cortisone containing betamethasone. If so, it is ok to use it once a day for 3-4 days but no more). ...Read more
Is using vasaline or petroleum jelly on my hair ok? Would it make my hair shiny and less frizzy and silky? Affects & effects plz.
Better choices: Vaseline would tend to make hair greasy, and would be very hard to wash out. Whatever your ethnicity, I would not recommend vaseline for your hair. Look in the drugstore - there are a variety of moisturizers and oil treatments available for hair of caucasians as well as people of color (with different hair types). ...Read more

Do your eyelashes really grow by putting some vaseline on them? :) Hope you want to answer my question. Thank you.
Eyelashes: No, but they may appear longer. How fast your lashes or other body hair grows is unique to you. A medication exists that an grow longer lashes, but why take a pill that has potential side effects? Try mascara or eyeliner. Does applying almond oil, caster oil, vaseline nd cocunut oil makes eye lashes grow if not then how to make eye lashes preety and grow naturally?
Everyone's different: Some people have longer lashes. Others have shorter lashes. There's no "natural" substance to put on the lashes or eyelids to make eyelashes grow more than they would naturally grow by themselves. If a person is wanting to try something, she can ask to try Latisse (bimatoprost) (prescription needed), which is an eyedrop medication to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker. ...Read more
