Unlikely: Cervical cancer is very rare under the age of 30...so it is not a likely cause. If your doctor did a pelvic exam, cancer of the cervix is very easy to see with a naked eye. Many causes: Vaginal spotting can be due to many causes. It may due mid-cycle drop in hormones. It may precede or follow a period. It could be due to non-cancerous lesions of cervix. It would require more history, physical examination and may be some tests to know the cause. It would be prudent to consult your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

What : What is the diagnosis that was told to you by all the doctors you have seen? What medication was prescribed? Vaginal "secretion" or discharge is typically not a sign of cervical cancer. A pap smear detects cervical changes including cancer, so if you have not had one this year, i recommend you get one. Back to the discharge. Have you been tested for std's? Vaginal cultures done? Not related: Cervical cancer does not cause these symptoms. Hopefully you are getting your pap smear done for cancer prevention. It sounds like you have a vaginal lubrication problem. You may want to discuss the use of astroglide or another lubricant when you schedule your visit with an obgyn to discuss this problem in more detail. ...Read more
