Needs eval: These need to be evaluated by your doctor or ENT specialist. You are correct to be concerned, especially since you appropriately report you use snuff which can contribute to the risk of mouth cancer even, unfortunately, at your young age. The fact that they are painless and you don't report an associated infection is also concerning. Make an appointment today. Best wishes. ...Read more

See Dentist: See the Dentist ASAP. If what you are describing involves painful areas all inside your mouth and you feel sluggish, cranky, and it hurts to eat, and the little points between your teeth are flattening out, and you have a fever, then get in right away. These are symptoms for ANUG or trenchmouth. May also be primary herpes. Get in there to be seen. Good Luck. ...Read more

I have a huge spot of swollen lymph nodes on my left arm just below the elbow on the thin side of hand. This has hurt and been achy since yesterday.

Should be seen by MD: Achy, painful swelling in forearm most likely from bite, bruise, or infection. Suspect insect bite or sting, cat scratch, or injury. Other rare possibilities. Worry if red, shiny top, soft center, fever, chill, or streak. Would have a health care professional examine it in next 24 hours. OK to take acetaminophen. Probably not serious, but best to be careful. ...Read more

Allergic reaction- s: I would recommend immediate medical evaluation including blood testing and possible a steroid injection to abort this allergic attack. Usually from inlation, contact or gestion of a sunstance or chemical foreign to the body's immune system. I would try zyrtec and head over to the closet urgent care center. ...Read more

My eczema has worsened & spread to my hands, arms, nipples, and legs. Oozes clear fluid. I have swollen lymph nodes & weeping eyes. What do you rec?

Time to see your Doc: If this is "just" your eczema, it sounds like it is not responding to current Rx, and you may require more intensive Rx (such as systemic (oral or injected) steroids, if you are already maxing out on topical steroids).
