You may wish to take oral iron supplement and multivitamins to avoid iron deficiency anemia that is common with heavy periods.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

See another doc..: I am sorry to hear of your trouble. Cryosurgery of the cervix done 1 month ago should have healed by now. I am not too concerned about a bit of spotting because the tissue of healing cervix is thin and easily traumatized with intercourse.
