May be normal: Your notes indicate that you have already been evaluated by a urologist, so I would defer to his opinion. Sometimes people are just asymmetric for no particular reason. ...Read more
While I touch left and right testicle I feel some difference in size and the right testicle have few nerves joinings than left one?
What is the normal testicle size of a adult in CM? Husbands left testicle length 2.99 width 1.7 depth. 1.9 right length 3.4 width 1.9 depth 1.9.
Some variability: Average/normal testicular size for alduts is about 2 inches in length & about 0.9 - 1.2 inches in width and breadth. 2.99" & 3.4", assuming your husband's testicular measurements are in inches would be very large, or small if measurements in centimeters. Should consult a urologist if testes enlarged after puberty, in case he has a testicular malignancy. Benign enlargement? Due to hydrocele fluid. ...Read more

Meanwhile, for one at 21, it is advisable to practice testicular self-examination. ...Read more
My 14 mnths old son has an undescent testicle. His dr said that it did not grow and the size is 3 times smaller than the other one. What should we do?
Difficult issue: In the US the kid would usually be seen by a specialist in child urology. Additional testing would be done to confirm the physical findings. Then the options would be explained. My expectation would be surgery to bring down the testis or remove it if it were found to be abnormal. ...Read more

Testicular volume is: The measured length x width x thickness in mms of the testicle or its comparison with a standard model of the testicle. It varies primarily by age and the way it's measured. Here are some. ..: Either age of 17 or 47, a pea-sized testicle could result from congenital (related with undescended testicle with orchiopexy), post-mumps orchitis since childhood, inadvertent severing testicular artery during inguinal hernia repair or varicocele correction, etc. So, a detailed Hx may help track down the cause for severely shrunk testis. ...Read more

Will vary.: Population based studies have found adult 95% of testes to be 4 to 8cm in length & 18 to 25ml in volume. Two ways to assess volume are commonly used. One is scrotal ultrasound (us) where measurements are taken and volume calculated. Another is an orchidometer, which estimates testis volume. If you have any noticeable change in testicular size, texture, or symmetry, get evaluated without delay. ...Read more
This: This is likely a hydrocele, which is a sac of fluid around the testicle that may communicate with the abdominal cavity and fill up with fluid from the abdominal cavity from time to time. However, it is more common for these to enlarge over the course of the day while you are up and about, and then get smaller as you lie recumbent overnight, than the situation you are describing. You should go to your doctor or make an appointment with an urologist to be evalauated. ...Read more
Likely benign: Could be a scrotal "pearl" from a calcified appendix testis, or a tiny cyst. Probably best to see urologist for reassurance & certainly if it gets any larger & there is any question of a testis tumor. All testis tumors have to start out being very small. Diagnosis easy to confirm by ultrasound. Good luck. ...Read more

He has a less than a bb size very hard pebble like thing located in his testicle area. What is it? What could it be from? Should we be worried?
No concern: Most small lumps in the testicle area are small epididymal cysts which are quite common and insignificant. Another less common cause is a scrotolith/scrotal pearl which is a mobile calcification within the inner scrotal sac. Any lump in the scrotal area that is not arising from the testicle itself is invariably benign and just warrants observation for any change in size or associated pain. ...Read more
