Teething or sick?: Teething causes tiredness but maybe only from not sleeping or battling the pain of a tooth busting through.Teething does cause runny nose, slight cough, loose stools, some drooling, crankiness, etc. Hoarse voice might be a sore throat or laryngitis due to a viral infection. Pediatric Neurologis: If possible I would recommend that you see a Pediatric Neurologist that can fully evaluate your son and develop a treatment plan. If this is not possible outside of the States, it may be appropriate for you to come to a Childrens medical center here for a thorough evalution.
