I have been running 35 minutes a day and on this "special k diet" but nothing seems to be working?
Vary it up: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. 5'3 165lbs on the Special K diet, want to weigh 120 lbs. How many calories a day do I need to achieve this goal in about 2 months. Hardly excercise?
Not advised: Dropping 25% of your body weight in two months with diet alone is going to be next to impossible and even if with exercise quite a challenge. These fad diets are usually just that. You would be better off looking at starting to eat healthy and do regular exercise 2-3 days per week for one hour.
