It: It certainly could be scabies, but watery blisters on the fingers is often a sign of "dyshidrotic eczema". This is form of eczema that is common on the hands and fingers. Treatment with a hydrating cleanser such as cerave hydrating cleanser, moisturize with cerave cream, and possible treatment with a steroid ointment would be helpful. Many things can look as described. Both chicken pox (unlikely) and scabies are intensely itchy. Scabies does not form visible blisters but tracks with bumps spread out at relatively even intervals.
