Not related: There is no evidence that computer use increases nearsightedness. Nearsightedness continues to increase through the teen years and the middle twenties and then generally stops worsening. Not bad: You don't need your full correction to see the computer. As long as you are comfortable in them and you are seeing the computer screen well, then you should be fine.
