Maybe: Butter can get much hotter than boiling water and can cause a deep burn. If the area is larger than a quarter, it is probably a good idea to have it looked at. NO: What is on your chest? Acne? There are effective treatments for acne. You are using benzoyl peroxide and doxycycline. I doubt that you have rosacea. Aloe and butter will not help you.
