Hi, I am 24 weeks pregnant with dichronic twins. Twin 1 has hydramnios
with 8.1 cm.
Twin 2 has narrow lvot, I am are extremly worried. Pls advice.

The only possibility would be if the baby she saw was much earlier in gestation (for example if your cycles are irregular and you are only 6 weeks gestation versus 11 weeks by your period), then perhaps something would be seen on followup.
