For that reason a trial of OTC Omeprazole or lansoprazole along with lifestyle changes should help us understand if that is all that' s needed. PMS: Pms can cause multiple symptoms. From mood changes, pain, breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, irritability etc. You should make a 3 month diary of your symptoms to have a proper diagnosis.
