Does Playing Sports And Eating Healthy Makes You Go Through Puberty More Early
Pregnant women should eat a balanced, nutritional diet and increase their calorie intake to meet the needs of the developing fetus and their changing bodies. Eating a range of wholesome and nutritious foods during pregnancy is one of the most important things that women can do to ensure the normal development and growth of the fetus, and it can help to prevent prematurity and low birth weight. For the mother, good nutrition helps to prevent anemia, ...Read more
Yes: Most bowel contents smell. (i know a few people who do not think their poop smells, but that is a different story). Invest in a good bathroom candle or a can of fragrant spray as a courtesy to the next person who enters the bathroom.
Sports yes.: I am not a big supporter of weight lifting in young people.Too many injuries. In the gym:aerobic training.
Not necessarily: If the disease control is excellent there is no reason that RA would get worse with age.
Are there any stretches or excersises that i can do to help my sciatica ? I'm a very healthy 27-year old man. I am very active, as i reguarly go to the gym and play sports. Over the past year, i've been experiencing sciatica from time to time. At some tim
Core Exercises: Typically core strengthening exercises are the best to help relieve pressure and forces in the spine. I would try and google some or look them up on youtube to see descriptions. If you can do them yourself, wonderful otherwise ask your doctor to get a referral to a good physical therapist for further assistance.See 2 more doctor answers
Fun: It's a more fun way to exercise, so you might do it more readily.
Depends : Osgood-schlatters affects the hardness of knee cartilage. It often is outgrown with time. If there is minimal then then one should be able to participate. In any sport.
What caused me to develop asthma at an early age? This stopped me from playing sports as a kid. I could play, but my asthma slowed me down a lot.
Some people: Are born with airways that develop an inflamatory response and clinch down. It is part of your genetic makeup, there likely isnt a causitive factor.
Train Your Muscles: Muscle loss is generally discouraged, but if you feel you've bulked up too much, it's possible to redirect your muscle mass to more lean muscle. If you weight train, focus on lighter weights w/ higher repetitions. Increased aerobic activity (e.g., swimming), can also promote more lean muscle mass. The key is to re-train your muscle, not lose it. Eat and hydrate well, and keep exercising!See 1 more doctor answer
Why does my daughter weight 40-50lbs. More than others in her grade if she plays sports 60mins everyday and eats healthy?
More in than out: Despite lots of activity kids who gain weight like this are taking in more calories than they burn off. Some people don't burn off calories as efficiently as others. But the bottom line is that more going in than burned off. Hidden calories in lots of things people may not realize: juice, sugared sodas, iced tea, higher fat milk, etc. Please discuss with dr, consider wellness program if available.
18yold middle son claims to be very forgetfull. He's healthy, eats healthfull food and plays sports.Could he be just seaking attention or sick?No signs
Teen: If junior is like i was as a teen, or am now, he probably remembers the things he's focused on and forgets a lot else. Truth be told, life's so rich for a teen that it's hard to remember things even though we know we should. Without other symptoms / signs, brain disease is unlikely as a cause of memory failure. Love him and cherish the role you had as he enters independent, often-hard adult life.

Male, 43 year old professional, no anxiety. Playing sports, healthy (bit overweight). I wake (for 2 weeks) with daily Nausea in the morning. OK by 10?
Reflux?: I guess it's safe to assume you're not pregnant, Conditions that can cause morning nausea include acid indigestion (reflux) and post nasal drip, both of which can be worse when you're lying down for a long time and more noticeable when you wake up. Gallbladder dysfunction is also possible, as are alcohol & certain medications taken at night. Please see your doctor!See 1 more doctor answer
No: Old wives tale. Don't 'do it' before the big match. 'sex saps your strength.' all a bunch of baloney. Some studies sggest that it might relax you and get you some better sleep and even improve performance.

Hi. How can I increase my energy level in order to become more productive (i already sleep enough, do sports 3x a week, and practice healthy diet)?
See your family doc: To rule out reasons for your problem. If that proves unproductive i would see a specialist in functional medicine, or a dr of naturopathy who can look for even more underlying causes and remedies. If you experience daytime sleepiness, then a consult with a sleep disorders specialist may be due. Best wishes.
I'm 14 and 5'8" is there anything I can do to grow 4 inches taller during puberty? I'm swimming and playing rugby. My father is 5'8" and we're Italia
4 inches unlikely: The expected final height of a male is the average of both parents +2-3 inches. I doubt your mother is 6' to make this likely or you would have mentioned it. You are likely to grow some. Most men continue until 16-18 but at a slower pace. You could have a bone maturity x-ray done of your wrist/hand.If your growth centers are still open you can grow more. If the study shows them closed, you are doneSee 1 more doctor answer
