Review your meds: Stress does not sound like a likely cause for petechiae on your trunk. I'd suggest seeing your doctor about this, and reviewing any medications and/or dietary supplements you might be taking. Relax: See if he can identify things that help him relax. Distraction or taking a break from stressful activities can help. Encourage him to take long slow deep breaths to relax. If he likes shoulder rubs you can give him one when he is stressed. A lot of times stress headaches are due to increased muscle tension in the shoulders and neck.
