Small but definite -: Chance with your hx of prostate cancer. See your orthopod to get investigated. I am sure your oncologist must be following you if its only been 2 yrs since you had radiation. I am sure he (she) can also tell you. Prostate cancers are generally amenable to radiation treatments and pts do very well. Shoulder pain: Try not to focus on "possibility" rather than "probability". Our brains often make us focus on the former as that is the greatest danger even if there is little chance of that. And in this case there is very little if not close to zero chance that your acute symptoms are a bone cancer.
