Not likely: Not likely. Did you squeeze your nipple or did it have discharge spontaneously? Spontaneous one is more worrisome but still more likely a hormone problem than cancer. If you squeeze it or have been scratching your nipple a lot from eczema, you could have stimulated your brain to cause breast milk production. Either way, you should see a doctor to get eczema under control and do a breast exam. ...Read more

Very astute: Mass are a young age are less likely to be cancer but your family history is concerning. The character of your discharge would support one or another. For certain, it needs to be looked at by a professional, and would suggest a breast surgeon to see it.
