Social Phobia: Social phobia is a treatable situation. Many people do very well w/help from a clinical psychologist who not only does talk therapy but who teaches the person skills to deal w/anxiety, e.g., meditation, breathing techniques, self-hypnosis and the like. Category C drug: You a bodybuilder? LOL The "skinny" on this is that niacin is a vasodilator which is why bodybuilders love it (just ask Arnold). It ain't half bad lowering cholesterol as well. Absolutely!: Both of these can certainly be managed, if not "cured" but it takes work on your part. It can be difficult to get started b/c both problems cause one to avoid reaching out to others.
