Naproxen & Fertility: Hello. It should not permanent hamper your fertility especially taking it for two weeks. Much more of an issue for ladies taking this chronically.

Naproxen & Ankle Ten: Not recommended to take it chronically on a daily basis because of kidney deterioration. She should hopefully only need Naproxen for less than 2-4 weeks in order to treat acute ankle tendonitis. She can discontinue Naproxen abruptly without any side effects.
Voltaren gel (diclofenac) is a topical NSAID that would be even better for your daughter's ankle. Apply directly to the source of pain. ...Read more

NSAID bruising: Almost all nsaids affect platelet aggregation to some degree like aspirin; the cox-2 inhibitor NSAID Celebrex (celecoxib) has the least effect on platelets. Eating foods rich in vitamin k may help prevent the bruising you're experiencing.
