They can cause symptoms like chest pain, difficulty swallowing, reflux, and anemia to name a few. Not sure why you are linking these to fungal infections, but there is no obvious connection. Meds are better : The conditions you describe are serious. Diet and over the counter meds may help some. However, the prescription medications - antibiotics and acid lowering mediations are safe and effective. They will help you and have very low side effects.
