Psychotherapy!: If you are not in therapy, please consider it - if you are, talk with them about this NOW. A few things can't be reversed (some shouldn't) but try not to add that worry to your problems. It must feel like 'forever' but 2 yrs is often still early enough to correct many issues. First, I think its: Great that you are worried and caring for your brother. That's a great sister. If he only has teen anx, then he should be okay.
