If you treat yourself the itching may go away temporarily, but the yeast will get worse and when you stop the cream you will be much worse off. Do not use these: Products with much sun exposure. Hydroquinone especially is supposed to bleach or whiten your skin, but will darken with significant sun exposure. Cover up when you are outdoors. Mometasone is a steroid and will cause infections to worsen if you have infected acne vulgaris or other eruptions. It is safe but not: Without risks. First remember that HQ2% is low concentration so may not be enough to lighten skin.
