Troublesome! : Rls is very troublesome. All the meds we use show tolerance over time. You can google the laundry list of meds we use (sinemet, klonopin, neurontin, mirapex, (pramipexole) etc.) but your best bet is to sit down with a sleep specialist in your area. He/she can guide next med selection. Btw, occasionally 400 mg of magnesium helps before bedtime. Cheap, too. Best of luck! ...Read more

Yes: Neurontin (gabapentin) helps me. Also if u failed other drugs u can appeal 2 ur insurance company.Also klonapin helps. Failed multiple other drugs and on appeal medicare covered the Klonopin even though they do not cover any benzodiazapans or their derivatives. ...Read more
