Should milk and other dairy products be avoided when someone has a cold and cough? Does it thicken the mucus/phlegm?
My 2 yo was having mucus in stool. I switched from milk to soy and the mucus stopped. Now he is having a bm every hour or two. Could this be from soy?

Odd comment/question: It would seam you have decided your kid gets nasal mucous from drinking milk. If it is only there when she drinks it, and never when she doesn't, I suppose you could be right.
