PVC and magnesium: Magnesium can help PVCs. The dose of magnesium you mention is relatively low; food is not going to over-dose you with magnesium. Richest foods are spinach, kale, nuts, seeds, rice, quinoa, banana, peach, mango, yogurt.

Palpitations: Propranolol is a nonselective beta blocker blocks? 1- and? 2-adrenergic receptors. The half-life is approx 5-7 hrs. Propranolol blocks b1 receptors which when stimulated accelerate your heart rate. so yes it should help with palpitations. Cheers C @christianassad

Magnesium: Magnesium is a supplement that helps with palpitations. You can also try taking some potassium. If you keep having them you should have your heart checked out.
