I recently had a blood test, it showed a potential false pos of hep b, but is there a link between Lyme disease and hepatitis?

Varied: There are many different reasons for a person to suffer from fatigue: anemia, hypothyroidism, and many of the autoimmubne diseases. It is generally a diagnosis of exclusion. So lab work should include routine studies such as blood counts, liver and renal function and thyroid function studies. Might have Lyme: Bartonella can cause many neurological symptoms; i don't know if it causes demyelinating lesions. However, 20-30% of those with lyme do not show positive WB tests, so negative tests do not rule out lyme. Did your WB test the 31 & 34 bands? If not get one that does (igenex). The WB measures immune response. Those most ill may be negative. Taking anti-lyme herbs/antibiotics may turn the WB positive. ...Read more
