Take frequent cool showers to cool the temperature of the skin, and then liberally apply an unscented, no alcohol lotion with aloe. Let skin air dry after the showers -don't rub skin. Probably not, but: Not sure. Since TV damages skin pigment (hence the name versicolor), that area of skin is more sensitive to sunburn that normal skin. Also, with sun exposure, the normal skin gets darker and the contrast between that and the affected skin is greater. That could make it seem like the TV has recurred. Use sunscreen!
