Not enough info: You do not provide the cholesterol or triglycerides. It does not look like a statin deal and i never prescribed them anyway. Sugar is much more dangerous than fats. ...Read more

Simple math: Decrease portion size and total caloric intake. Keep a diary of all the calories you take in 24 hours. A human being needs on an average 2000 calories a day to maintained the same weight. If you want to loose eat less than 2000 calories and exec use vigorously.
