When can I lift heavy objects after breast reduction? How long do I have to refrain from lifting heavy objects after breast reduction? .

When can I lift heavy objects after breast reduction? How long do I have to refrain from lifting heavy objects after breast reduction? .

I also instruct you to avoid strenuous, aerobic activity for around 4 weeks in order to help reduce swelling and bruising.
All the best,
