My daughter shes 9 month old but no teeth is there a problem/nutritional deficiencies what should I do or like rickets or hypopituritism hypo help?

Normal no problem.: Onset of tooth eruption is variable but usually symmetrical, first eruption; lower central incisors usually between 6 to 10 mths. Need for dental assessment; if no eruption after age 16 months, eruption is asymmetric , other abnormalities suggesting an associated medical syndrome. Not unusual: There is a wide variation of when the permanent teeth will erupt and how soon after the baby teeth are lost can depend on whether the teeth fell out on their own or were removed prematurely. There could also be a space shortage for the developing teeth which is best evaluated by a Dentist who can take an x-ray and see the position of the erupting permanent teeth. ...Read more
