Does Implanon Cause Sore Lymph Nodes In The Armpits
Left armpit always smells way worse than right. Even minutes after shower. Also, some occasional soreness on left trunk area (lymph nodes?!). Related? What could cause this? Any home remedies?
Dermatology : Hey ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist to see if they can make a diagnosis about the armpit. I don't believe the other left Trunk symptoms are related. ...Read more
If you have a bad cold can the lymph nodes under your arm pits get swollen and/or sore? What are some things that can cause this, if not the cold?
25 y old male. If you have sore throat/cold would that cause lymph nodes in arm pit to enlarge? I thought only neck lymph nodes enlarge with sore throat
A sore throat will cause the lymph glands in the neck to enlarge, but not the axillary or arm pit nodes.
If there is not cut, abrasion, or rash on the arm, then you need to be see your DR.
If you have the cut, abrasion or rash, and the nodes do not go down in two weeks, then you need to be seen. ...Read more
Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells/digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph everywhere for bad stuff like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react. They shrink when all is well. ...Read more
Why are my lymph nodes sore in my neck head and armpits? I can't remember the last time they were not uncomfortable. Been off colour for a long while

Can the lymph nodes in your armpits hurt a few days before your period? I can't feel them but under my arms are a little sore. No visible difference
More likely breast: Rather than lymph nodes, I suspect that you have a bit of "ectopic" breast tissue in your armpits. This is not terribly rare. Some women have breast tissue in the armpits. Just as the rest of your breast can get swollen and hurt before your period, so can this tissue. Best to see a doctor at this point in your cycle to be sure. ...Read more
Cold viruses may cause mild enlargement of nodes in the neck only.
Lymph nodes act as a trap or filter to prevent germs from spreading to other parts of the body, and in so doing become enlarged and tender. Cuts on your arm, or using a razor to shave the axilla, can introduce bacteria which get trapped by your lymph nodes. **See your Dr if swollen glands persist SEE:http://bit.ly/1E6i2EW ...Read more

Past history: That can happen to some people. Use your past menstrual history as a guide to determine if this is normal for you. Since you are 27 you have had many menstrual cycles. Periodic swollen lymph nodes under armpit. Tender to touch. Very small, can barely feel but it does hurt. 3rd occurrence. Different arms.?
Hidradenitis: Periodic swelling of glands in arm pit would be more clearly defined especially with relationship to causative factors such as a primary site of inflammation spreading to nodes. Also, recurrence appearing at random at different sites and with glands so small they are difficult to palpate. Appears more likely to be inflammation of sweat glands in armpit possibly secondary to shaving. ...Read more

Could a small rash near my armpit that progressed to having small, dark centers and tender axillary lymph nodes be from a toenail fungus I may have?
Spread of Fungus: I have never heard of spread of the fungus in athlete's feet/toenails to other body parts so it is probably rare. That being said it is an infection, and depending on personal habits, some spread makes sense. It is best to see a dermatologist for this anyway. They will probably culture both areas (or can) and see what they are healing with. Swollen lymph nodes should be taken seriously. Dr blake. ...Read more

Well...: If they are tender and have not been there for long AND there is nothing going on in the breast, I would venture to say they are inflammatory rather than cancer. If it gets worse or if the breast gets red and inflamed, your MD visit should be urgent. ...Read more
