Can I take naproxen 250mg with tramadol 50mg as I have ran out of ibuprofen 500mg and the pain in ankle is 10/10 pain also taking prednisolone 5mg x8 time in the morning will that have any affect?

Nsaids: Naprosyn (naproxen) and Ibuprofen are both NSAIDS, so you can not take both, but you may take naprosyn (naproxen) as instructed to instead of the Ibuprofen,..BUT note, it is important for continuity of care and good pt/Dr relations to inform your treating Doctor of the medications you are taking so they can be properly documented and that allows the Doctor to know how you are and stay in tuned with your case. ...Read more

Not bad: In general it is not bad for the baby, but why every six hours are you recovering from C section or had surgery, or pain from the vaginal delivery. If that is the case make sure your doctor knows you are having so much pain may be they will give you something different or at least assured you that what you are doing is OK ...Read more
