I have pots and always had severe hyperhidrosis which has worsened. Eating as much sodium and potassium as i can but keep being low in them. Could sweating cause this and maybe low BP from salt loss?

Antidiuretic hormone: Low sodium is usually caused by anti-diuretic hormone excess either in response to intravascular depletion from diuretics or dehydration or primary ( to much production ). Also adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism may cause it. Primary polydipsia, meaning drinking to much water ( 1-2 gallons a day ) is a cause too. ...Read more

Botox is very effective because it stops the sweating for up to 4 to 6 months but it is an expensive treatment.
