I had red inflammation and then what looks like acne at top of my bottom/base of tailbone which was never painful or that itchy. Would it be herpes?
Is it necessary to remove s2 (racepinephrine) cyst which cause tailbone discomfort, lower back n sacrum pain? Surgery needs removing bone n using screws? Better way?
I do not believe psoriasin gel will be of great help. The active ingredient is coal tar, which will unlikely be strong enough for the intense pain from a herpes infection, and may actually cause irritation. The best thing to do is treata herpes outbreak, is with prescription medication specific for herpes (acyclovir, or valtrex), and use advil/ Ibuprofen for pain.

Why?: Labs for herpes I and herpes ii antibodies are far from completely sensitive or specific. If you have no symptoms, you're not going to do anything different even if you've met herpes ii, and you can't make others sick. I'm sorry your relationship failed, but you're not tainted.
