What are causes to feel itchy (like flea bites) but the skin takes on blotchy pink color? This time of the year I may itch, but no bite marks seen.
I am not sure if these are flea bites, but i have looked the symptoms up online and they seem to fit my conditions. I do not know how to stop the itching and bumps. Please help.
