Bumps with puss not scabies told it's exscama but I don't think it is it hurts and itches n it's sometimes yellow puss and white ?
Some possibilities: Small pustules like you are describing might represent an infection of the hair follicles in the involved areas. If they are small in size and superficial (shallow) then you might try keeping the area clean and applying triple antibiotic ointment (Neosporin, etc.) twice per day until better. If it persists or worsens or if yo see spreading redness then you should see a doctor ASAP. Good luck! ...Read more
Can you die from scabies? My daughter may have scabies she is a virgin and she doesn't want to go to the doc the bumps only appear when she itches
Scabie is not lethal: However, I would really encourage that she see the physician as her condition doesn't sound like scabies. Scabies looks like lines of burrows on skin made with little mounds or blisters. They cause itching which is often worse at night. Although they can be anywhere on skin they like going into skin folds (waistline, axilla, breasts, between fingers, feet, wrists, knees, elbows, buttocks & genitals). ...Read more

Treat the source: Scabies is a challenging problem to treat. Not only do you need to use the proper cream (ie: Elimite or permethrin) for the proper amount of time, you need to treat the source by washing all clothes, linens, towels, anything in contact with your body in hot water. Anything not washable needs to be sealed off for 3-5 days so the mite does not reproduce. Ivermectin is an oral medication. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Permetherin : Permetherin is the medication used to treat scabies. There is a pill that can treat it also. It's possible that you don't have scabies, however, my suggestion is that you be seen by a medical professional, preferably a dermatologist to see why you are itching and if there are scabies mites that they can see under the microscope. Scabies typically shows up on the creases of the wrists, between the fingers and in the skin folds. Many times when someone has scabies, there are multiple other close contacts affected. ...Read more
I was diagnosed scabies for 10 days now, applied twice permethrine 5%, pumps still come out every day, now cover my whole body, itching is it normal?
Yes (with a catch): The bumps on your skin and the itching are due to your immune system's reaction to the presence of the mite--not directly due to the mite itself. It takes a while for the immune system to "settle down" after the infestation is treated, so you can continue to have symptoms for up to a few weeks after treatment. However, reinfestation is common if your close contacts haven't been treated. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
