Hormones: There is a rise in hormones called prostaglandins before and during your period, Prostaglandins help stimulate the uterus to shed its lining. Thus, they can cause menstrual cramps. Gastroparesis can be: Treated with minimally invasive surgery to reduce and possibly eliminate the need for medicines such as reglan (metoclopramide). It's hard to know how or if the new medicine well affect your nausea. Laparoscopic pyloroplasty and lap gastric pacemaker are several options for treating gastroparesis. Reducing narcotics and certain other meds also help improve GI motility. ...Read more

Unclear: Sorry to hear that you are having all of these issues but if you are wondering if they are possible related to the excision of endometriosis, the answer is no. Irritable bowel?: Irritible bowel syndromes are common and present with vague GI complaints including cramping, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, etc. Inflammatory bowel disease is a possibility (crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) but usual has more frequent bm's and maybe bleeding. Endometriosis may affect the bowel, but that is actually very uncommon. Get it checked out by your primary doc or gastroenterologist. ...Read more
