Yes- it depends on::
Everything we eat affects our health. Instant noodles are mostly carbs; a high-carb diet raises blood sugar, increases obesity, causes inflammation etc.Most instant noodles are wheat ; thus have gluten, which adversely affects many people (but you could have rice or buckwheat noodles without gluten). Most have msg as a flavor-enhancer which may be toxic- see http://bit.Ly/1cj9f5f

Im worried as i eat fattis and monis instant noodles atleast once every 5 days, can it cause cancer or is very bad for me?
Instant noodles: can contain a lot of sodium and other chemicals. So, try to eat them sparingly rather than every 5 days. A regular diet of them is not good for overall health and by themselves they don't cause cancer. Stick w/fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc. It takes more time and work but it's worth it. Peace and good health. ...Read more
Ok, if seldom eaten: Instant noodles are not good for a person who has access to other healthier foods. Most instant noodles are high in fat and salt, and contain msg flavor enhancer (similar to eating potato chips with added msg). A few "healthier" instant noodles have less fat, less salt, and no msg; but the "healthier" noodles are hard to find in stores. It is better to eat noodles without using the flavor packet. ...Read more
I'm addicted to instant noodles (the noodles you put in hot water and add favour and spices above).. Is it so unhealthy and dangerous as some says?
Not really addiction: Many people really like a particular food and may overindulge in it, but that doesn't make it an "addiction," which implies both loss of control and it doing far more harm than good. They have way too much salt and are pure starch, so moderation is better for your health. Over time, it can lead to obesity, diabetes and hypertension. Talk to a nutritionist about moderating it. ...Read more
I heard that 30% of waste is excreted from your skin. So does eating bad with greasy food give you acne?
Let's talk...: The claim that 30% of waste is excreted through your skin is bunk. The one waste product that you lose through your skin is urea and this loss is significant only if you sweat; the stuff is also famously nontoxic. There's actually a consistency rare among scientific studies that diet doesn't affect acne -- i was surprised too. You're an adult and can read critically. Thanks for asking. ...Read more

Manage them: Acne cannot be cured. You must manage it until it remits on its own. It is unrelated to hygiene or lifestyle and only marginally to diet. No 'pop' cure works. Specialist treatment: I'm sorry your acne was neglected and you ended up with depressed scars. Nothing you can do will make them less visible, but a dermatologist or plastic surgeon with a laser, filler, or microsurgery can do this. Manage any active disease with your physician's help. Several hollywood leads kept their scars for the tough guy look. It's your choice. ...Read more
Watch 4 side effects:
Isotretinoin decreases the size and activity of the sebaceous glands in the skin, which reduces the amount of sebum that is produced. This stops the glands becoming blocked, and means bacteria are less likely to thrive. It also reduces the inflammation in the skin.
Isotretinoin can have serious side effects and its use must be supervised by a dermatologist. ...Read more
Meds: Many patients do well with over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid preparations. Some patients require topical or oral antibiotics or retinoids as well. If the over the counter meds alone don't control your acne after a month of daily use, see a doctor for additional treatment options. It is important to be persistent, and some patients 'get worse before they get better'. ...Read more

OTC and prescription: For treatment of acne, if over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide is not helping, a doctor can add an antibiotic gel/cream such as Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) gel. If more help is needed, prescription retinoids such as Retin-A or Differin gel can be used instead of OTC benzoyl peroxide. Oral antibiotics such as tetracycline can be used also. If severe, a dermatologist may use Accutane. (Birth control pills can help women.) ...Read more

Scientific Rx: All acne can be managed. Start with topical benzoyl peroxide, if this fails after two weeks your physician may add topical Clindamycin and/or a topical retinoic acid derivative. If this is not enough, a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day clears most guys. Deratologists have the big guns. Good luck. ...Read more

After the radiation these skin changes should clear. ...Read more
