Sometimes, pulmonary, ent, or dental issues are at play, ; sometimes dysmotility or gastroparesis is the issue. After fried food throat hurts feels like closing but I can still drink and breathe is this gerd? It's an awful feeling

Acid reflux: One potential cause is acid reflux which may be due to gerd but you should be seen by a GI doctor and have this checked. You may have helicobacter infection. The other consideration is that you are allergic to something in the food you are eating and that could be a life-threatening situation if not discovered soon. You really should see a doctor and be evaluated. Good luck. ...Read more

How do I relieve the symptoms of GERD when I drink too much?

How do I relieve the symptoms of GERD when I drink too much?

How about a lot less: Alcohol (etoh) empties rapidly from the stomach. Alcohol dehydrogenase in the stomach lining contributes to etoh metabolism. Etoh can not be stored by the body & obligatory oxidation takes place predominantly in the liver. 1 gram etoh gives 7 empty calories that provide only energy with no nutritional value. Poor diet (protein-calorie, choline, folate (folic acid) deficiency) contributes to liver toxicity. ...Read more

Have benign pvcs. (Cardio confirmed) Don't smoke/drink. Supplement w/ K & Mg. Do everything right and still have... Can Gerd or adrenaline cause?

GERD, no;Adren, yes: Benign PVCs have a mind of their own. There's often no explanation. If you don't have any evidence of structural heart disease, medications are available to simply make you feel better. A beta blocker is the first line and if that's insufficient, an anti-arrhythmic drug like flecainide is usually highly effective. Discuss this with your cardio - he needs to know if you're feeling troubled by them ...Read more

If you have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is it wise to drink honey and warm milk together?
