I have interstitial cystitis and im taking cipro (ciprofloxacin) for uti plus i take methadone 4 the pain caused by interstitial cystitis will the pain med work?
Consult urologist: Methadone seems a little "over the top" for treating IC pain & risk of opiate addiction. High dose ibuprofen, naproxen, lidocaine patch or vaginal diazepam all worth trying first. ? consult pain clinic.
