Poss unrelated CHF: This could be just a garder variety headach i.e. Related to vision change, tooth problem, or general exhaustion / lack of sleep. Also, too good of a control of blood sugar may cause headach (hypoglycemic headach). Make sure you have no low sugar and or any of the above.
