Partially: I assume you mean hives or itchy rash from sun exposure (solar urticaria or polymorphous light eruption). Antihistamines can help treat the itch associated with the hives. If rash occurs often, taking an antihistamine daily may help. Sunscreen with uva and uvb blockers may help as well. These may not help other sun-sensitive rashes (eg, with lupus).
