Toxicity?: Need more lab values, but they need a full workup. Tests for celiac not fully accurate. Gluten enteropathy can cause malabsorption with multiple deficiencies. Check serum copper, serum zinc, ceruloplasmin, coq10, 25 oh d, selenium, iodine, comprehensive fatty acid panel, Amino Acid panel, b12, b2, b6 for starters.
