An: An anti-perspirant called drysol works fairly well. You may need a prescription to by it but often do not. I assume you have had this problem for years. If this is not effective, there are other treatments some invasive and surgical. It is not a common side effect, but metadate can cause increase in anxiety symptoms. Thus in someone with a tendency to have sweaty palm in anxious situation, metadate can certainly do this. Otherwise, it is not a common side effect.
