There is some variability in the normal range of size of these structures and some variability in the ability of the ultrasound to identify and measure this correctly. No concern: The ultrasound measurements can vary from one test to the next. In the last month or two of pregnancy, ultrasound "guesses" about baby's size and weight can be off by quite a bit.
