Yes and no.: Allergy develops because your immune system has been programmed to react to otherwise innocuous substances such as animal dander, pollen, dust mite,mold, food etc. As such, it should be considered a misguided immune not a weakened response. NO: you are born with it , small ones on liver need observation , larger ones some times need surgery for fear of massive hemorrhage and rapture of liver depending on location.
