Can eggs be a cause of acne? I'm wondering because I'm vegetarian and also don't eat dairy so was wondering if eggs are a problem.

Beyond that, consider applying Vitamin E oil directly on the skin to help w/scars and adding good oil to your diet to lubricate the skin, e.g., coconut oil, olive oil. Avoid transfats.
