For what?: All meds have potential adverse effects and the more meds you are on increases this risk. Both sertraline and trazodone are antidepressants, but you are likely taking trazodone for sleep and these 2 are not an uncommon combo. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is also sedating. Rule out alcohol: Flagyl can cause a build up of a toxic substance if taken with alcohol. The alcohol can be consumed or can be assimilated by hand washes, mouth washes, etc. The toxic build up would be my first guess as to the reason for the side effects noted.
