Fertility: Arcuate uterus is a uterine variant in which the top uterus has a concave shape or dip. The uterine variant is not an issue usually. PCOS often times causes issues with fertility due to infrequent ovulation. Treatment with fertility drugs are often needed. Endometriosis may be an issue but may not with fertility. Pregnancy test: If your HCG was 43 after a miscarriage , it should have tapered down drastically in the following days. I would expect that if you performed a pregnancy test right now after 2 weeks , it would return negative. If positive , that might explain your symptoms and you should go see your doctor. ...Read more
