See another: First, use OTC medication as if you have a hemorrhoid. What you have is most likely a fissure, which is a tear. You need to be examined by a colorectal surgeon to determine the extent of the damages and how deep the tear is. So go and see different doctor. Meanwhile sit in a warm water in bath tub. Yes and maybe: Certainly, standing for a long period of time, such as at work, can result from muscle strain and be a factor in chronic low back & hip pain. Stretching/strengthening exercises should help. But "flat stool" needs more investigation in my view; hemorrhoids by themselves should not be sufficient to cause.
